Life coaching can provide a meaningful change in your life. Supporting you with positive energy, the goal is for you to make progress in your life, with a greater sense of happiness and balance while adjusting your overall mindset.

Life coaching sessions are available to help you feel more comfortable and confident in yourself, as well as to help you prepare, adjust or motivate you.

WHAT DOES A LIFE COACHING SESSION LOOK LIKE?

Congratulations!  You have decided to work with a coach to improve your lifestyle and make yourself a priority.  Prior to starting, you will have a free consultation, for introductions, and to talk about the goat-setting process.

The first coaching session is typically the longest.  We will discuss your goals and priorities.  Using this, we'll create a plan to help you succeed at achieving your goals, and finding your balance.  We will work together to ensure the plan is motivating and inspiring for you while also keeping it realistic and achievable.

Other coaching sessions will continue to discuss the barriers and celebrate the successes.  I look forward to working with you and supporting you to find what it is you looking to succeed at.  The hope is that these coaching sessions would help to support you to make time for yourself!

Sessions are available in whichever way you feel most comfortable; phone, virtual, or through live text.
